Note about shipping:

Items are broken out into four categories above based on which items will ship together. Prints, signed books, and bookmarks are shipped in one package. Sweaters, shirts, and stickers are shipped in one package. Due to their fragility, mugs are shipped in specialized packaging and separate from the rest of your order. Candles will also ship separately. Shipping is priced accordingly.

Return Policy:

If you would like to issue a return, please email Eri as soon as possible. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
